Designed and delivered literacy and numeracy programmes within a kaupapa Māori framework, embedding karakia, whakataukī, and tikanga into each learning experience. Applied adult learning principles to create scaffolded pathways aligned with approved curricula and the Adult Learning Progressions. Authored the organisation’s TEC Investment Plan to secure annual funding. Designed embedded literacy and numeracy scaffolded resources. Mentored and collaborated with tutors to integrate foundation skills into practical learning contexts.
